The sales person was great. He was very helpful and went out of his way to meet our needs and found a way to get us to agree on the price of our 4 Runner. With that being said t He was very helpful and went out of his way to meet our needs and found a way to get us to agree on the price of our 4 Runner. With that being said the finance associate was friendly at first but became frustrated with me for asking too many questions. I misunderstood the process to get the money from my bank. Thus causing him to eventually avoid us. I have never brought a new car so the process was unknown for me. I was relying on the salesman and the finance man to lead me in the right direction. More

John and Nathan were both great. The problem was the almost 5 hours it took to get the trade done.
