Walked in from driving three hours and put me in waiting room … but my salesman John Norris did come and and greeted me told me to come to his cubicle and get my papers out that we had to copy and told me t room … but my salesman John Norris did come and and greeted me told me to come to his cubicle and get my papers out that we had to copy and told me that finance was ready for me and finance was ready for me, very nice ! So then no surprises in finance which is good !!! Then waited only a few minutes to meet with the phone person to connect my phone to my new car I believe his name was John also ….. anyway I am a very Happy person with this service I reiterated the fact that I wanted to be in and out and I was in and out !!!!! So I am very pleased with thier sales that I felt with John Norris helpful and was on top of it !!!!!! You have a new customer !!!!! More
