Your concerns were taken seriously, and the vehicle was driven by our technician, shop foreman, and Service Director, but we were unable to duplicate the condition. We also invited you to test drive the vehicle with our foreman; however, that visit did not go as intended, as you were understandably frustrated and the driving became aggressive to the point our foreman exited the vehicle for safety. We are willing to continue assisting you and want to address your concerns, but ask that future visits remain safe and respectful so we can properly evaluate the vehicle.
