I couldn’t come to them so they came to me! Thompson BMW may be farther away from me than other BMW dealerships but because of their customer service I’ll go the distance. Due to circumstances Thompson BMW may be farther away from me than other BMW dealerships but because of their customer service I’ll go the distance. Due to circumstances with an accident in our home, and horrible icy weather I couldn’t get to the dealership with the end of the month looming and a lease package that would make me monthly payments much higher if I missed a certain date, Dennis, one of the managers came to our home personally so we could sign papers. How very nice of them to go out of their way to make things work! More
