Had me waiting 6 1/2 hours They had me waiting 6 1/2 hours , to install a car alarm . And they had to say to me was we are sorry. Then they lied about the appointment time which They had me waiting 6 1/2 hours , to install a car alarm . And they had to say to me was we are sorry. Then they lied about the appointment time which was for 3:30 pm ,in which I showed up early , they said no it was for 4:30 pm . Even then the alarm installer was late and show up at 5:30 pm . It was an ordeal no customer should have to go through , regardless . They need to fire that Alarm installer because he has no respect for punctuality and no regard for professionalizum ...... More

Great Experience in resolving the Issue ! I had a purchase made few months back, There was some misunderstanding in the plans sold to me at that time. I went back & connect to the finance de I had a purchase made few months back, There was some misunderstanding in the plans sold to me at that time. I went back & connect to the finance dept. they help me to resolve the Issue. like the way & experience in dealing with him. Nice guy & services although they have only one finance person. so its very tough to get him. Appreciate the time he took to resolve the Issue. More

I went to four different dealerships before going to Hyundai of Long Island City and I was WOW'D by the electric atmosphere at the dealership. I had a 2011 Sonata , which I loved very much, but got a good offer from the Hyundai. They offered me to lease a new 2013 Sonata and take over rest of my payment. I called John Parhami, because he was the s good offer from the Hyundai. They offered me to lease a new 2013 Sonata and take over rest of my payment. I called John Parhami, because he was the salesman, when I leased my old Sonata and I was extremely satisfied with him. As expected he was so helpful. He really went extra mile for me and I got my new 2013 Sonata. I will recommend this dealer and John to everybody. No gimmick no tricks. More
