wrong information, told conflicting things about when my vehicle would be ready. It takes me 60 to 90 minutes to get to the dealership. I wasted my time on needless trips and had to miss work more than was necessary. The first time, I waited 2 hours more than needed because the service representative didn't call or text me to tell me my vehicle was ready. He said he got my number wrong. By then I had spent about 4 hours waiting at the Korean place nearby and at the dealership. The second time, I got a text that my vehicle was ready an hour after I had left it. I got the text while I was on the subway back home. If they had told me to wait, I would have saved 3 hours going back and forth just to get the vehicle. When I called to complain, I was told the service (a recall check) normally takes 2 to 4 hours and they don't allow customers to wait that long in the office. My vehicle didn't need an engine change, so the check took less than an hour. I was never told that was a possibility. When I scheduled the recall check, the representative told me I would need to leave the car overnight and come back for it the next day. I am frustrated, angry and confused.
