Amazing car buying experience at Bozard. I contacted Bozard through autotrader about a CR-V they had and was quickly met with an email from John. I was able to text back and forth with him an I contacted Bozard through autotrader about a CR-V they had and was quickly met with an email from John. I was able to text back and forth with him and set up a test drive for later that afternoon after I had gotten off work. When me and my wife arrived later that evening he had the car all ready to go with a full tank of gas. We had a pleasant drive and initial discussion about purchasing the car, at no time did we feel like we were being pressured to make a decision even as it was approaching closing time. Working on the price was painless and he did not pressure us to add on any unnecessary extras to our purchase. John and a few others even stayed at the dealership well past closing time to help us finalize the deal. As a side bonus, while the paper work was being generated John kept us very entertained and comfortable. If we need another car anytime soon I know where I will be going to buy it! More
