I brought my mother in to purchase a new car. We were approached by salesman John Ramsey, who was not wearing a mask, but did don one AS he was approaching us. He told us to have a seat at his desk, and then left us waiting there for a very long time - I went to the men's room and saw him delivering lunch and chatting to one of the female service employees. This was very rude, arrogant and entirely unprofessional! My time is as important as his! FYI - 99% of the employees were not wearing masks at all or not properly. I am happy to say that your competitor down the street had every employee properly wearing masks, and were happy to take the time to sale my mother a new vehicle. More

John made our visit pleasant, easy, fast and enjoyed talking with him. I’ve been to other dealerships to buy cars and this was by far the best experience because we didn’t get pushed around or talked do talking with him. Will be back when my wife is ready to purchase. More
