He also had an additional car cleaned up that was comparable to the one we were looking at but with a different price point. Needless to say we purchased the Buick Envision which was the car we were not expecting to purchase but seemed to be a better fit for our family. Everything was painless from David’s professionalism to the lady who set us up on the Buick app and explaining every little detail about our vehicle, she was great. My mom and I had just flown into St. Louis airport ready to drive three hours home to Iowa when her trusty 2012 Buick sputtered and died right on the Mississippi bridge at rush hour. She was ready to trade in immediately so I located the nearest Buick dealership and called around 5:45 pm. They closed at 6:00 but were willing to stay late to help us out. The tow truck took us directly to the dealership and in two hours flat we were leaving with a new car. Salesman David Christianer was so kind and helpful. Manager John, Manager Thomas and Finance Manager Leo all stayed late to accommodate us. They could have really taken us for a ride in our dire circumstances, but I could immediately tell they were honest and of utmost integrity. After we returned home, they followed up in mailing the title to us and reimbursing us for registration fees after we paid them in Iowa. They went above and beyond to help us in our time of emergency and we highly recommend them!! More

Gus suggested an even better vehicle that I leased at a great price and deal, and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our first leased Enclave from Gus so much that our second lease from him was of the same make and model, though different color. Gus made the two leases he has handled for me since February 2021 seem effortless, and I am extremely pleased in the way that Gus treated me. He was upfront, honest, and on point. He even gave us his phone number and answered questions on our behalf after hours (so unusual). Thanks to Gus's quick assessment of our preferences, we got more than what we had hoped for at a price that was well below anything we could have gotten around here. Ryan Powers quickly worked through our financing options, and John Randazzo resolved an issue that popped up in the most customer satisfactory way. Additionally, Kristii Willis, Delivery Specialist was amazing as she patiently, yet expeditiously taught us all the buttons/gadgets/apps/phone connections and capabilities of the vehicle with an awesome smile and joy that just radiated from her. We could not be happier with our experience. I didn't even mention they included a 200,000 mile 10 year extension warranty on the drive train.
