I was very anxious and hesitant, worried I was going to be "ripped off" and buy a car that broke down on my way home. BOY WAS I WRONG! John Reed was exceptional. As soon as my fiancé and I expressed interest in a particular vehicle we found online, John Reed involved himself in our buying process. He called multiple times to set up an appointment for us to check out the car. During our appointment, John was down to earth and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. I never felt like he wasn't being truthful with me, or that he didn't really have our best interest at heart. There was a delay with the financing process due to staffing issues out of his control, but John made sure that my fiancé and I were comfortable and informed while we waited. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Fairfield and especially John Reed to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable certified pre-owned vehicle. More

John, the manager and staff were extra-ordinary in their efforts to satisfy a customer. At first I was skeptical because I had been involved with so many other car salesman (not @ Wyler) who did not live up to their word. I told John Reed in the parking lot (while looking at cars) what I wanted my payment to be and he said he could make that happen. My husband and I entered the dealership and to our surprise we drove home with a brand new 2016 SRX with the payments we requested. After this experience I can assure you Jeff Wyler (Fairfield) will be the only place I go to from this point forward should another car be purchased. John Reed will be the only salesman I use at this dealership based on the experience I recently had. John was great, honest, lived up to his word, delightful and very pleasant, a true professional. I highly recommend this dealership due to their honestly and hard work to get me my desired payment. . The opportunity to work with all the staff at this dealership was extremely pleasant. The Best Nothing Less When I walked into the dealership on Sat. I needed a specific car for my road trip 6 days later on Fri. I needed the 16' blk ESV premium, with a specific interior (kona bro), and upgraded rims. They didn't have that specific one on the lot. John reassured me, "you tell me what you want and I'm going to make it happen". I was never once in doubt that he could get me what I wanted, all the while treating me like I was his only client. His customer service was out of this world. By Tues. He had done a dealer trade from cross country and my car was ready to pick up just the way I wanted. I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience with John, and the finished product just blew my mind. More
