Dan Carswell is a great salesman. He was very friendly and helpful in the whole process of buying a new vehicle. I was going just to trade my car in and purchase and truck. Which I bought a truck from them three years prior. But my wife took over it lol. So I was looking for another one. But I only wanted one black on black. Dan showed me a few but at the time there wasn’t any the style I wanted. So we went to his office to see what we could find on the computer. By this time my wife was getting off work and came to the dealership. My wife seen a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude L. Then she told me she would get out my truck if I got that one. So we test drove it. My wife fell in love. I liked it just not the color. I still wanted a black on black vehicle. But by this time is was getting late and the dealership was closing. Dan said he would try to find one the color I wanted. So the next day Dan sent me pictures of a black on black one. That just came in that morning. So soon as I got off work I was on the way. They gave me what I wanted for my car. Dan even help me get my stuff out the car! Filled up the gas tank on the new one. So now I’m happy I got my truck back and my wife is happy too! More
