Made a deal and placed a deposit on a car before it was scheduled to arrive at the dealership. It arrived on time. Bought it at the agreed price. Luis, the salesman, answered all my questions and took time scheduled to arrive at the dealership. It arrived on time. Bought it at the agreed price. Luis, the salesman, answered all my questions and took time out to show me various features in my new Hyundai. John, the sales manager and Anthony, the finance manager were also a pleasure to deal with. Everything went smoothly. I will seriously consider going back to them for my next car. More

I made 6 phone calls for a routine appointment. I gave up. I called service (prompt # 1 from the main phone #) to make a routine appointment 4 times. No answer after 4 attempts, so I called the I gave up. I called service (prompt # 1 from the main phone #) to make a routine appointment 4 times. No answer after 4 attempts, so I called the receptionist, who connected me to a person - Except the person never answered, and the mailbox could not take anymore messages. I called back and asked to be connected to the manager, again, his/her mailbox could not take any messages. Called back and asked for the sales manager- surely sales would pick up! Nope. That mailbox also could not take any messages. More

Sales department was a nightmare. I almost turned around and left Danbury Hyundai upon arrival. My vehicle purchase was setup for 10 am and my new car was down the street getting wa I almost turned around and left Danbury Hyundai upon arrival. My vehicle purchase was setup for 10 am and my new car was down the street getting washed. The salesman told me it would be back in 5 minutes. An hour and a half later the pulled up . Upon inspection of my new car I found that it was still not and not charged after asking the salesman several times to please make sure it was charged. The car had not been charged and it would take 7 hours and 9 minutes to charge , the salesman said he would navigate me to a high speed charger and then we could wait a couple hours for my new 2022 ioniq 5 to charge up to 80% so we could make it home. WOW . THIS IS A TRUE STORY. JUST SAYING. 4 hours later with my blood pressure soaring and tied of lies and excuses, I decided to take my chances and drive home on a 47% charged car. I wrote this review in hopes to help other buyers beware . More

All sales personnel were welcoming and extremely cooperative in turning in my 2019 leased Santa Fe SEL and upgrading me to a new lease on the 2022 same model. John and Ron worked out an excellent de cooperative in turning in my 2019 leased Santa Fe SEL and upgrading me to a new lease on the 2022 same model. John and Ron worked out an excellent deal that both benefited me on the new model and left the dealership with an excellent used vehicle that will still allow for a fair resale profit. From start to finish the sales team was upfront about any and all taxes and fees which is nice to deal with. There were no surprises at time of signing which is also a relief. As far as product knowledge, they were also very good. I was taking delivery of a new car and they were on top of delivery times and adjustments and communicated any updates to me. In this current climate of deliveries and shortages there were, of course, delays but the team kept me informed. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Chris Matos, John Restrepo, and Anthony Petruzziello. More

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and very respectful. Eric was my sales person for my second lease and took care of everything with great speed.
