Had a great experience with Danbury Hyundai. Was interested in getting out of my lease!! Worked out the numbers so I was able to turn in my leased Tucson and purchase a new Sante Fe!! Staff was g interested in getting out of my lease!! Worked out the numbers so I was able to turn in my leased Tucson and purchase a new Sante Fe!! Staff was great especially the young girl that helped me. Don’t know her name!! Overall a GREAT experience!!! More

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER I have never had a worse experience buying a car. Walked in, signed a deal with financing, came in two days later to pick up the car, allowing them ti I have never had a worse experience buying a car. Walked in, signed a deal with financing, came in two days later to pick up the car, allowing them time to prep the vehicle. I was then told that nothing had been done in the last 48 hours and that there was an issue with financing that couldn't be resolved until the following day because it was a weekend, but could have easily been resolved if they had contacted us the previous day. Then upon asking for a refund, the General Manager REFUSED to refund my deposit because he indicated that he was understaffed and had "50 other deals" that he was working on, and that refunds could not be issued on weekends. All of this amounting to 2 days of wasted time. The following day, I went to a different dealership and bought an equally priced car with my credit card in minutes. Run from this dealership as fast as you can. More

HORRIBLE, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, DISHONEST!!! My daughter bought her first car from them . Within the next week she realized she was given only one key. Her salesperson gave her the run around for 8 months about getting another key. When we finally got the second key they returned the first one broken. She also discovered there was no manual in the car and they wouldn't help her with that either. Finally when her car was brought in for an oil change (not at the dealership this time) the mechanic told her there was one odd tire on her car and one of the three that match was VERY worn. This will cause mechanical problems with the car if not addressed. Once again when we asked the dealership to fix this problem they offered to SELL us tires!!!! Can you imagine this?? THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! By the way where I gave them one I really wanted to give zero, but you have to enter something...and yes they were friendly......to make the sale...NO LONGER FRIENDLY ONCE THE SALE WAS MADE. More

He was very thorough and made us feel at ease the whole time. We test drove a car with Avery and plan on test driving other cars with Avery very soon in order to work out the best car choice for us. Outstanding Customer First Dealership!!! In a day and age of internet car shopping, Carvana and Vroom delivering to your driveway, it’s almost possible to buy a car without any human interact In a day and age of internet car shopping, Carvana and Vroom delivering to your driveway, it’s almost possible to buy a car without any human interaction. Thank God there’s still dealerships that deal with people and just so happens to sell vehicles too! From first contact on the internet to rolling off the lot in my new amazing 2020 PALISADE, Danbury Hyundai made me feel like the Customer Comes First! No gimmicks, no cheesy sales pitches or heavy salesmanship, just good honest and sincere human beings representing a great product and providing OUTSTANDING customer service. Seamless transitions from show room to sales to finance and a few hours later they had me out the door with keys, a handshake or three and a smile on my face! (expectation management: it takes hours at a minimum to process a car purchase...anywhere. patience...and eat first!). 5 star and above experience with Moe Sayed and Justin Hagan. We had a great time!!! More

First New Car of my own Recently I had to purchase a new car due to mine having been totaled by a deer. I called around to a few dealerships and then I reached Danbury Hyunda Recently I had to purchase a new car due to mine having been totaled by a deer. I called around to a few dealerships and then I reached Danbury Hyundai. From my first interaction I was very pleased. I had Carlos help me from my first phone call to putting the plates on my car. He was very knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. During our test drive there was an issue and he was very apologetic for the inconvenience. We felt appreciated and valued while sitting with him. Anyone Carlos helps is definitely in good hands. More

If you go to this dealership ask for him because he was honest and real. Justin in finance was also great. If we were rating only him and the car we purchased we would have given the dealership at 5 star rating. However we unfortunately were forced to deal with John Restrepo for the trade in and initial loan calculation portion of our experience. He was the rudest most dismissive employee I have ever dealt with. He offered us half what car max ended up giving us for our trade in and was resistant to giving us actual figures for our monthly payment. Could not stand to be in the man’s presence. Awful employee that ruined our experience. More

Chris Keefe and Justin are heroes of this dealership I had a rocky experience with this dealership but in the end Chris Keefe and my finance manager Justin saved the experience. I ended up in a 2017 Tusc I had a rocky experience with this dealership but in the end Chris Keefe and my finance manager Justin saved the experience. I ended up in a 2017 Tuscon and I love everything about it. Justin got me a decent interest rate for my situation. Chris really went above and beyond to help me when no one else wanted to. I really appreciate that. Justin handled my paperwork in a timley manner and made the finance office enjoyable. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience! Thanks Chris! Ill be in for service soon! More
