JBA has had our business for many years. Decided it was time to replace our 2013 Malibu -- John in Sales helped us negotiate a deal. My only complaint would be that we were offered $250 for the 2013 Malibu by management and opted out of that offer. Purchased a vehicle from them but took the Malibu to Carmax in Ellicott City and received $2,500 for it there. It would have made JBA more appealing for a sale referral and/or additional purchase had we been offered a reasonable price for the Malibu. Our salesman, John, took his time with us, showing us vehicles and test driving them. We appreciated his help. Also, thanks to Jim Day who sent on an inventory listing of used cars that we had initially requested online. He even called a day or two after the car PURCHASE to thank us for our business. More
