We truly regret your experience - it isn't typical of what normally occurs. Some folks like to read everything, some folks have lots of questions and so forth. We won't rush a customer through the process and we allow as much time as is needed on a person by person basis. Throw in the occasional computer / printer issues and everything gums up the works! Unfortunately, they've been non responsive with regards to the other stuff they said came with the vehicle, like the 1 year satellite radio and the warranty information, which I've requested information on several times now. I'd like my satellite radio, and I'd certainly like the warranty documentation.
I requested the info from "JR" when he delivered the vehicle and was told that "back in his day, they did it different, but that he'd check on it". He didn't follow up.
I subsequently received a "thanks for your business, please let me know if you have any questions, and please review us on Google" email. I responded with an "I'd like that information" email. I received a response from Bethany saying "JR is out today and he'll dig into it when he returns". I followed up several days later with both a phone call and an email.
The car salesman "JR" called and said "oh that window sticker was just for information on the equipment; not what we were selling you". He went on to say that there was no warranty (I have the window stickers indicating otherwise) and that he had told me all this upon delivery (he apparently doesn't recall telling me how little he knew about the transaction or terms of the sale while standing in my living room).
For reference my tag still hasn't arrived either, and the temp tag they issued is expired now. Wouldn't recommend, unless you want to see how stereotypes about car salespeople are made.

You make it seem like we've done something wrong. You purchased a used car --- not a new car. You knew that. A full free trial of satellite radio and factory warranty comes with a brand new car -- not a used car. A copy of the original window sticker was given to you for information purposes only. I don't know why you would think a used car is a new car simply because we provided a copy of the window sticker. (Many online services, like CarFax, provide copies of the original window sticker for reference on a used car - just like we did) You confronted our agent and demanded a free trial of satellite radio just as if it were a new car. When you were told that we could not do that, you threatened our agent with a bad review unless we did. So, now you've written a bad review. DeSoto enjoys a long history of happy customers and in review after review our customers know us and praise us! We delivered a used car to you - from 4 hours away. We'll never see you again. So now you concoct a story that coffee dribbles and crumbs were in the car - something hard to prove either way.
Please be assured that you will have your plates and motor vehicle work completed as soon as they are processed by the state. We regret your displeasure, but are kind of dumbfounded by your misunderstanding of the difference between what's new and what's used....

The window sticker that you sent over was modified with the used details, starting with the mileage and the price, right at the top of the page. Surely if you're able to modify one part of the sheet, you'd be thoughtful enough to modify the rest. Just throwing that out there.
I never threatened with a bad review; I just wrote one detailing the experience that I've had thus far.
Yes, your saleperson was dirty; not a big deal (some people just are), not nearly as big a deal as you not filing the paperwork, the same dirty guy calling and saying "no there's no warranty either", letting temp tags expire and forcing us to go to the state to secure temp tags while you drag your feet. On that note, when you say "you will have your plates as soon as they're processed by the state", I do apparently need to point out that in order for the state to process the paperwork, you actually have to submit it to them...
