Terrible. Never going back. they were nice enough to let us test drive the new ES250 and actually found me a hybrid to try. after that i decided i liked the es350 the best and wanted to trade in my lex let us test drive the new ES250 and actually found me a hybrid to try. after that i decided i liked the es350 the best and wanted to trade in my lexus es 350 for a new one. he found one with no navigation but i was willing to go without this. my car has a residual value of 20,595. if i walked in there with no trade in it was advertised with $3,999 down you could walk away with a lease lexus for $389. with my trade in he want $5800 down and a payment over $400. we tried to negioiate but he was not helping us at all. my pyament is $335 and we were looking for around $350 the last time we were there they were so nice and accomodated us in every way. they went way out of their way to help us reach the payment we wanted. once they did that we bought all the warranties and walked out very happy. i would not go back today. thinking of going back to mercedes. they treat you so much better there. This car i have now has very low mileage and has resale value. More
