Warranty related repair I brought in my qx60 for oil change and was told that I need some repair don’t to my car at no cost to me. So I was asked to bring my car the followin I brought in my qx60 for oil change and was told that I need some repair don’t to my car at no cost to me. So I was asked to bring my car the following week and I’d get a loaner vehicle. I came as requested. They gave me a very nice and clean loaner, transferred my kids car seats and over all were very pleasant. I kept it for two days and then came back to pick up my car, but got stuck in traffic. I called the service department and told them that I am on my way. They assured me that they will wait for me and won’t close until I arrive and that I should drive safely. I finally got to dealership, my car was all ready and freshly cleaned. They put my car seat and some other stuff back into my car and I was on my way. Something that I had thought could be a bad experience (working mom with two small kids and living on the opposite side of Brooklyn) turned out very well. I must highlight John Russo who was handling everything for me and of course the rest of the staff at service department. More
