Brian Houlihan was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process of my engine being replaced and he called me on numerous occasions with updates. Every time that I called Matthews KIA to speak to Brian, they were quick to forward my call to speak with him. At the time when I picked up my car after all repairs were completed, Francis was very thorough in explaining to me all the work that was done on my vehicle. When I picked up my car and before I pulled out of the lot, I noticed that my air conditioning was not working properly. I spoke to Austin about it and he had one of the technicians take a look at it right away. The air conditioning system had air in the line and it was taken care of immediately and my air conditioning was working properly. Thank you Matthews KIA and staff for everything you guys all did for me. You turned a very bad situation into a very pleasant experience. Thanks again for everything!!! More
