Your sevice department screwed up my oil change and refused to correct it without inconvenience to me. Very interesting since you just did the 16,000 mile maintenance on the car the week before. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back to Matthews Kia and will be sending a complaint to your corporate office. More
