This location was incredibly communicative and helpful during a very stressful situation. My engine blew up while I was lending my car to a friend who was driving out of state. Matthew’s KIA was able to g during a very stressful situation. My engine blew up while I was lending my car to a friend who was driving out of state. Matthew’s KIA was able to get my car into the shop and replace the engine quickly and because my car was under warranty they were able to replace it at no cost. I was so happy to hear the news and when I got my car back it was working perfectly again. Their customer service was top notch and I would highly recommend taking your car here for service. More

Unsolved 2015 Kia Optima service appointments. Seems not a matter of the service department. Employees not being willing, however not allowed to take the necessary diagnostic steps for resolving My cars complete audio radio system failure. It seems that checking the amp function is not allowed, while It could in fact in fact be the root of the problem?. I am by no means a professional in this line of employment however, I had hoped and trusted Matthews Kia to follow a process of elimination approach would be considered and executed in this diagnostic dilemma. In conclusion, this was not the case sadly. Not being able to sync your phone to your car is a very dangerous safety matter. I had hoped this would have also been considered in the urgency in diagnosing and correcting my car stereo and sound system failing. My second failed diagnostic appointment Once again, I believe it is not the fault of the automotive service department. Everyone seemed dedicated to their positions. However, in this economy when you're having a car malfunction issue and you drive an hour and 15 minutes each way to a dealer you trust and are sent away after an hour of a failed diagnosis. I was still charged for an hour of service at 150. Some odd dollars plus tax 167 out the door ,plus the gas money and my time taken from work and family. It is my honest opinion that customers should not be charged for a failure to diagnose their problem. More
