John Sasso and Claudia Sandoval are the best My wife and I went to Browns Kia to look at cars and meet John Sasso. Right off the bat, John was down to earth and we could tell he was not one of t My wife and I went to Browns Kia to look at cars and meet John Sasso. Right off the bat, John was down to earth and we could tell he was not one of those slicky boy saleman. John was stright with us and said he did not play games with numbers and would give us the best price he could and he did. John showed us several cars and never once pressured us to do anything. We left on the first visit not sure what we wanted and John did not try any games to make us stay. We went back a few weeks later and meet with John and again he did not play any games and when we picked the car we like he and the general manager worked to get us a lost price without the numbers game. When we got to the paperwork to buy it we worked with Claudia Sandoval in finance and told her we were pre-approved to buy a car with USAA. She asked to see the deal we got from them and told us she could do better as we had negative money from our trade-in and she did by having us do a lease at 39 months instead of buying the guy at 72 months for a lower payment. She never tried to sell us anything extra and we hit it off so well we start talking about her kids and our kids and even showing pictures. If you are going to buy a car go see John and ask for Claudia!!!! More

They are a few thousand dollars more expensive then Ourisman Kia but had the lease deal that I needed. John Sasso was the best part of the deal! HE IS EXCELLENT!! Also wanted to give a shout out to Wais Safi and Claudia Sandoval. Wais gave me the deal i needed and Claudia's demeanor was kind and friendly and I totally appreciated that. I gave it an average rating based on vehicle pricing and a few past experiences. I'm sure if they continue to provide the level of service I saw last night, those stars will come up!
