Outstanding, no pressure, sales We are all familiar with high pressure sales situations. We visited Brown's Manassas Kia to potentially buy a Kia Niro PHEV. While they did not have the trim level in stock that we wanted, John Sasso joined us on a test drive of a similar Niro. He was very knowledgably about the car and ensured we received a very informative test drive. He also worked with us to get a price better than any of the competition. I'd highly recommend John to anyone in the market for a new or used Kia. More

If John Stapleton is in charge of your finance, STAY AWAY! The salesman John Sasso is amazing. He knows his job is hampered by the arrogance of Mr Stapleton. How can a finance manager ruin a cash deal????thi The salesman John Sasso is amazing. He knows his job is hampered by the arrogance of Mr Stapleton. How can a finance manager ruin a cash deal????this guy can! He wouldn't know to speak the truth if it punched him in the face. He will make you want to do it! Everything I asked before my three hour drive to get there was debunked by him. Total waste of time. It's a shame that they can't do better than that. If you are a Maryland resident, don't waste your time. In fact, unless they have something that no one else has or something you have to have, I wouldn't cross the street to go back there to buy anything. More
