Good service, long wait. My salesman was great and very helpful. Financing was a bit overwhelming and complicated, but John helped guide me through it. The wait for assistance was terrible though, after deciding to buy-the finance department took several hours to process our information. I felt comfortable on the sales floor, but a better estimate of the time frame would be a huge improvement. We could have left for lunch and come back in the time it took to talk to financing. More

Browns also gave fair prices and didn’t try to play games like the 3 other Kia dealerships I spoke with in Northern VA. I highly Browns and when you go, go straight to John, you won’t be sorry.
