He had taken my information and said he would get back to me with some numbers he had to speak to his manager Mr. Wais. Mr. Wais called me back he told me he was able to meet my numbers I came in the store and he honored his word there was no back and forth, the staff was friendly, just filled out the papers and everything was good to go. I am proudly riding in my new Kia Optima and my trade-in was paid off in full. Too bad all dealers don't work like that. I was also able to get financing through them at a way cheaper rate then my credit union gave me. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Thanks guys More

He worked to locate a car with the color and opti We purchased a new 2019 Kia Optima S form Browns. Our salesman was Pedro De La and he was excellent. He worked to locate a car with the color and options we wanted and then was able to negotiate a price that we were happy with. He also stayed past dealership closing time on the day we picked up the car to help us learn about the new features and finish up the purchase details. Overall a great experience with Pedro, the rest of the staff that helped with the financial details...in fact they found me a lower interest rate than my own bank was offering thereby saving us additionall money.
