They had the car for over 2 weeks and it's not fixed. I was told an engineer from Kia was supposed to come and look at it, I don't think it happened. They was supposed to replace an axle, it didn't happe I was told an engineer from Kia was supposed to come and look at it, I don't think it happened. They was supposed to replace an axle, it didn't happen. I was told the problem lies in the tires but the car has brand new tires. They suggested road force tire balancing but didn't offer to do the balancing themselves. They released the car to me knowing it was not fixed. More

I visited the dealership twice to test drive different types of cars since I was unsure what size vehicle I wanted. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hassan was also very nice in looking at my trade and welcoming me when I when I went to purchase. Finance rep Khalid was also very nice and kept things quick and easy for me when processing my paperwork and financing through Kia. I wound up with a great car at an excellent price. Highly recommend. More
