I was shopping for an Audi Q5e for about two weeks in February 2024. Mike Sales helped me with my purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle from Walter’s Audi Dealership in Riverside. I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately I was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago and my Audi was totaled. With t Dealership in Riverside. I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately I was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago and my Audi was totaled. With that being said, I was forced to purchase another vehicle. However, my experience at this dealership was excellent. All of the staff at this dealership are well educated people. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point of this transaction. Originally I had made a trip up the dealership to test drive the vehicle with my daughter to ensure I liked the vehicle I saw online which was a 2019 Q5. However, my husband wanted to come with me the following day to test drive the car himself. After both of us driving the car we decided to proceed with the purchase. We were met with Joshua Johnson. This gentleman was exquisite. He handled our transaction perfectly. He assisted us with the test drive and educated us on the various aspects of the car. He is also a very genuine person. He was not the typical salesman. He has excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone I know. At the end of our purchase the general manager (Emil litchi) came down and introduced himself to us and personally thanked us for our business. This car buying experience was amazing. If anyone is interested in doing business with this dealership you will not be disappointed. More
