John has worked in Brattleboro for most of his career; his family used to own a dealership in town where he worked for eight years. With 16 years in Brattleboro and 12 years with Subaru, John has built a lot of great relationships and is a huge supporter of local businesses helping local people. Mike was a pleasure. Most recently John S called and left me 2 message about the issue below after I left a bad review. I called him back and dropped the call while chatting. I then called 2x more including a voicemail again today. This dealership LIED when I posted a review on google that was negative. They stated they called me and the whole thing was a “simple confusion”. THAT is a lie and they are again lying. >>Buyer beware!! Issue: July I reached out 4-5x via email to the sales consultant Russ. All about the glass coat claim process as sap basically ate through the clear coat. I was asking about how to make a claim. I then said I would drive an hour over to the dealership so they can view. Upon arrival he acted bothered, annoyed and was of NO help. He had no idea how to file a claim. Ultimately I had to figure it out myself. Point: they care about the SALE not the SERVICE. All facts. More
