I have been using this dealership for 20 years however my recent experience has me questioning whether I will continue to do so. I brought my car in for an oil change as well as getting my winter tires switc recent experience has me questioning whether I will continue to do so. I brought my car in for an oil change as well as getting my winter tires switched out with my summer tires and when I picked up my car we noticed some kind of goo all over the rims after further investigation we determined that all 4 of my rims were damaged. I notified the service unit before leaving so they looked at them and agreed they were all damaged. Spritzers fix was to give me someone else's used rims which were in worse condition then my original rims one of the rims has double the weights which to me indicate some kind of issue. I have taken weeks to think on this and feel like the service unit felt what they did to resolve this issue was sufficient however I don’t as the service unit damaged my car and had I not noticed the damage the service department would NOT have taken responsibility for their mistakes when do I have to suffer due to the service departments neglect. More
