Very welcoming, super friendly and honest transaction! As soon as I walked into the dealership few minutes before noon I felt I was in good hands. Everyone smiled, and i was offered drinks and snacks, and while I was informed on the used vehicle i researched before i got there, my knowledge was welcomed and further supported by Chris. Chris made us feel like we are driving the ship, and he's just there for the ride, aiding us in getting to our final destination which was the 2020 Hyundai Kona SEL. Chris went with us for the test drive. One thing that stuck with me is how important customer / sales person relationship is to Chris. He referred to it as marrying his customers, in truth when you sell a car, you are selling someone their second or third home, as we have a house to live in, office to go to and the car we go everywhere in, There are no other places on earth we spend more time than these three places, for the most part and many people of course there are other lifestyles out there, but generally speaking people who live in suburbs and smaller towns have to drive everywhere even if they work from home. Chris was also VERY knowlegeable about the car we were interested in and shared the history of it's design and loads of other facts and statistics. The next day when I called Chris to ask a question, he was happy to hear from me and asking how i felt and explained further some details about the car's functionality and settings. I am very pleased I decided to drive the 40 mins from Yonkers, NY to Stamford, CT as i don't think i would get this level of service anywhere near my home. Sad truth ! And since i will be doing all my service there (I just love their customer service as opposed to going to a nearby Hyundai, i basically married this dealer. Great incentive to go as well : free car wash with each service. What else could one want? Honestly all dealerships feel like work, this felt like a breezy walk in the park overlooking water. I am looking to go back, and to just share how I love my new ride, I know they will be happy to listen and share some love right back. More
