Mr. Syriani is the consummate professional to the highest level: Attire, communication, immediate follow-up, knowledge of competition, consumer education on Honda's products and services! I remember the fir level: Attire, communication, immediate follow-up, knowledge of competition, consumer education on Honda's products and services! I remember the first time we met in July 2018 as I was a first-time customer. He went over and beyond the call to work within my budget! He's honest and fair to say the least! I have never purchased a Honda product nor any other vehicle before without my husband and no matter how many times I asked him the same questions, he repeated the answer and shared research with me. He doesn't pressure you into buying something that you really don't want; therefore, nothing is compromised, and I don't feel buyer's remorse. The only reason why I'm upgrading is because my sons outgrew the first Honda, and the younger one experienced a car accident due to inclement weather while in college. I guess it's a mixed blessing because our plan is to return in May/June to purchase two (2) more vehicles. I plan to keep my new car for a longer time because it's all mine, and I've rented the CRV many times in the past to take my sons to visit colleges and universities, and we felt very safe at all times. Thank you Mr. Syriani for providing "services beyond excellence" each and every time. I really do feel like a part of the Honda Family ""Experience"! See you in May/June for our sons' first vehicle. Great services lead to Happy Repeat Customers and Referrals!! Happy Selling!! Thank you Mary and Gerald for your patience with me in Mr. Syriani's absence, especially this week as I had a small window to find a replacement vehicle.
