John the manager is extremely condescending, thinks he is so much better than everybody else & this really comes to life with the way he deals with customers. I was in for service and while I was waiting for so much better than everybody else & this really comes to life with the way he deals with customers. I was in for service and while I was waiting for my car to be finished, I popped into the showroom. Intrigued by the different style of the pilot from my 2016, I stopped to ask John a few questions. While he seemed enthusiastic, it was actually very sarcastic! While carrying on a conversation with him, he was murmuring insults under his breath for the amusement of those around him. Now I’ve done business here for over 10 years (6 cars purchased to date) but I will never be returning. Would recommend everybody to patronize a business that treats their customers well. I thought Mr. Napleton’s business motto was different, but I am sadly mistaken. More

Stopped by our local Honda dealership to look at Accords and CRVs for my brother. We were greeted by Daniel at the door. He answered all the questions my brother had and got him a great deal.
