I brought my 2010 Honda for service and Terry was so helpful and kind in I am so happy with my experience at Napleton Honda. Everyone was so helpful . I brought my 2010 Honda for service and Terry was so helpful and kind in getting my car in great shape in a very timely manner!!!!. I also purchased an extended warranty for the 2010 Honda CRV from Doug and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Then I decided to purchase a NEW 2019 Honda CRV from Gerald Griffin. He was awesome in helping me choose the right car. Took me so smoothly through all the steps of purchase. In addition he spent so much time explaining how the new Honda CRV works as it has so many bells and whistles on it. I understood everything he told me because his explanations were flawless. I addition Gerald went above and beyond and helped me make the transfer of stuff that was in my old Honda ( which is going to a family member ) to my new Honda! Who does that ????? yay!!! that so easy. Everyone at Napleton Honda from the GM to the General Sales Manager to the Finance Department were so helpful. Again thank you for the great service from Terry in service and the best experience with Gerald in buying a new Honda. By the way I love my new SUV and it is a super ride and a lot of fun to drive.
