Do NOT use their service center! Basically unsafe. The car was just in for an oil change rotation and safety inspection 4k miles ago and nobody mentioned this. This should have been addressed many many miles ago. Klaban ford where we purchased the lease said this is completely ridiculous that this wasn’t caught sooner by montrose dealership. They have been servicing the car from day 1. The tires are cupping and this doesn’t happen overnight. Here’s a picture of the service guy showing my wife today. That’s unprofessional that this hasn’t been addressed until today. The fact that management wouldn’t even return a call about this issue tells me exactly what kind of irresponsible dealership this is! More
