I feel like the service has gone down substantially. First, not having loaner vehicles and me having to pay out-of-pocket for a car rental on find out three days later that I was the one that had to fol First, not having loaner vehicles and me having to pay out-of-pocket for a car rental on find out three days later that I was the one that had to follow up and find out it was a warranty issue, which they then credited me back. I shouldn’t have to do the following up. I brought my car in for the same issue. I did a few weeks ago but the difference is a few weeks ago. They dismissed it without doing proper testing on it so I wasted a day I do not think I will return to this Cadillac dealership for service again. More

My car came back with a chip on the handle with the paint. And I left my tennis bag in the loaner car and they still have yet to return it to me.
