I have always been impressed with the service. I understand that the department is under construction. However, management should understand that often handicap individuals need to service their v I understand that the department is under construction. However, management should understand that often handicap individuals need to service their vehicles as well. The chairs in the show room as well as the waiting area are not suitable to all. You sit and your body sinks. Ridiculous. I had to wait outside on the benches under the heat for my vehicle. This situation does not make me want to continue doing business with this dealership. I hope that they consider senior citizens when refurbishing the waiting area. More
