They were very helpful and willing to work with me on the options of my new car and my trade-in. I bought a Rav-4 plug-in hybrid and they are very much in demand. Another dealer wanted me to pay $2000 over options of my new car and my trade-in. I bought a Rav-4 plug-in hybrid and they are very much in demand. Another dealer wanted me to pay $2000 over list price and Allen, my salesman, really worked hard to get me a good price. They have been great about my calls for help after I got the car and needed to call about how to get it to work!! Some of them don't yet know my model because it's new, but they immediately tried to find the answer for me. I am very pleased with the experience. More

John suggested a used 2016 Prius with very low mileage at a good price, and Kasey made completing the financial portion fun and efficient. Both of these guys were just great to deal with. In particular, John spent a lot of time explaining all the new features a modern car like this offers. This is now my second Toyota from Greentree, and I'd never consider even looking anywhere else. Working with John is a must! I wanted to express the FANTASTIC service I received from John at my visit to Greentree. The car buying process could be rather intimidating because y I wanted to express the FANTASTIC service I received from John at my visit to Greentree. The car buying process could be rather intimidating because you feel like just a sale to sales and leasing consultants, however, John did not make me feel that way at all. He welcomed me when I walked into the store and helped me right away. We sat down and he asked some fact finding questions and it turns out he lives in the same town as me. Talking to John did not feel scripted as most sales consultants sound. No, he was down to earth and that’s what I liked about him. During our test drive he didn’t talk about the sale or anything of that nature. Instead, he just let me drive and we had a conversation as if he and I had been friends for years and years. After the test drive he gave me a great appraisal on my trade in and worked with me on exploring my options to get into a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. He was upfront and non-pushy which I can’t even begin to explain how great that was. To be honest, his attitude and demeanor sold the deal because listening in on some of the conversations other sales associates were having with their customers I would not have made a deal, but John was top notch. The process was quick and I walked out of the dealership with a grin ear to ear as I drove off the lot. Thank you, John. More
