This is frustrating. I never took my van in for service. Even Car Fax thinks I did. I have an appointment on the 13th. La atención tanto de John Vázquez como la de Martín fueron excelentes, la intención de ellos fue tratar de encontrar el mejor vehículo para mi, lamentablemente no pude llevarme un ram 1500 nuevo, mi op fueron excelentes, la intención de ellos fue tratar de encontrar el mejor vehículo para mi, lamentablemente no pude llevarme un ram 1500 nuevo, mi opción de compra fue de un ram 1500 2022 que en verdad está bastante bien cuidado, pero mi miedo era que comenzara a dar problemas un usado ya que es para trabajar y lamentablemente ya comenzó a dar problemas un error constante ect me da cosa comenzar a pagar algo que en menos de un mes ya tiene problemas. Después por parte de ellos no tengo más que agradecimiento de mi parte por querer conseguir lo mejor para mi, pero lamento decir que yo tenía razón en comprar un usado que ya me ha comenzado a dar problemas y justamente no quería que eso sucediera. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from this dealership, after I promised myself never to return after purchasing the first one nearly a year ago.This is the most dysfunctional car dealership I dealership, after I promised myself never to return after purchasing the first one nearly a year ago.This is the most dysfunctional car dealership I have ever been in. It took eight weeks to resolve a simple "we owe" list with the first purchase, and three days this time to receive copies of documets that I had signed, though FL law states I should have received them the moment they were signed. Many thanks to John - he did everything in his power to help me; I give three stars to Martin for trying; and one star to Ellen whose actions / attitude made me feel as if there was something else she would have rather been doing. More

Your mechanics told me that I had a main oil leak, and the repair would be over $6000. I had 2 other verified mechanics examined my jeep, and it was only gaskets. I feel that every time that I take my je the repair would be over $6000. I had 2 other verified mechanics examined my jeep, and it was only gaskets. I feel that every time that I take my jeep to your shop you have taken advantage of both a senior citizen and a woman. I will never be back for service or to purchase a vehicle. I will say both of the girls in the service department were excellent. More
