My wife and I had a very good experience with our salesman John Venturino. We had come into the dealership with a need of replacing our totaled vehicle (FWIW the other driver was at fault and tickete salesman John Venturino. So we came in to the dealership not exactly enamored with the fact that we were needing to replace our cherished vehicle. That said, John’s approach was refreshing. Instead of pushing us to a vehicle decision based on his first impressions he simply asked the question, “What features on your previous vehicle were the happiest with and that you would want to have on your next vehicle?” Perfect. That question and the discussion that followed led us into making the right decision regarding the Toyota vehicle in their line-up that was right for us. At the day of purchase John was also very helpful and patient in helping my wife and I (A couple of Luddites with many unexplored options on their cell phones!) navigate through the electronics suite that our new Highlander possessed. Jim Stein, the Finance Services person we worked with was also very helpful and instructive in the vehicle coverage options that were available to us. Our overall impressions of the Kolosso Dealership are more than favorable and we look forward to a long-term relationship with them. More

I ordered a 2023 Venza in August 2022. John called me twice with 22 Venzas. I said I ordered a 2023. He said they weren't being made yet so I had to cancel that contract & write a new o John called me twice with 22 Venzas. I said I ordered a 2023. He said they weren't being made yet so I had to cancel that contract & write a new one even though my contract said 2023 on it. I wrote a new contract 12/28/22 & was told I should receive my car by May/June 2023. No PC or communication so I started calling end of June & was told I was still on the list. No one ever kept in touch with me. I had to call & was told I was on the list. I was finally notified in Nov that my Venza was here. It had about $2000 worth of add ons that I didn't want but was told I had to pay for them anyway & the only thing I wanted, which were carpeted floor mats, weren't there. I am soooo disappointed with the customer service. I waited 15 months & whenever I talked to John he was sooo nonchalant. All he ever said was " well if you don't want this vehicle I'll just put you back on the list". I'm so sorry I waited all that time. I will never shop at Kolosso again. More
