Everything was great. I have GM loyalty money. I guess it doesn’t automatically apply. I didn’t see it in the bill. The bill also said there’s a 10% loyalty discount appli I have GM loyalty money. So far I have happy with the way I am treated as a person and not just a customer. I didn't feel pushed to buy the vehicle I purchased. My poor mother who doesn’t know much about cars bought a lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires ha lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires had a slow leak and they not only took weeks to get a new tire in but once she finally brought it all the way there to get it fixed and waited over an hour for it to be fixed because they supposedly have no loaner cars when they sell cars with issues, but when she drove away the abs and traction lights came right on and they “don’t know why” so she’s being forced to sit there for god knows how much longer. They also never told her they wouldn’t fix the radio and whatever else was wrong with it, they let her bring it all the way there thinking it was going to be fixed only to let her down in person. It’s a 40 minute drive there for my mother. This place is nasty. Buyers beware. They also refused her a refund on the car once these issues they refused to correct came to light, despite it being less than 30 days since she’s purchased the car. More

Sales is great, but service has issues. Brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado for service. Waited 3 days for warranty work just for the ok to do it. So then was scheduled on a Friday for service Brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado for service. Waited 3 days for warranty work just for the ok to do it. So then was scheduled on a Friday for service drove 40 min to appointment. I live in Waterloo. Get there and was told they overbooked and had to reschedule for the following Friday. Drove again to the dealership and had to leave truck for a 2 hour job. They put me in a car that was dirty and smelled like smoke. No call all day so I called around 4:00 pm. Service said it was done,, no call to let me know. From here on out I’ll will be bringing my truck to local dealership here in Waterloo. Truck is still not fixed and makes same noise it made when I brought it in More
