I've always hated car shopping. The new technology has made me nervous, and it was so overwhelming. The team at Auto Park Ford in Sturgis took care of me and made me feel comfortable. Trevor was so easy to talk to and I felt like I was talking and joking around with a friend. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want or need. Trevor was so knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had. He paid attention to what I was wanting and researched and had answers for me. He helped me link up my phone with my new ride. When I drove off the lot I was totally set up. When it came to financing John took care of everything. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want, and he explained all the different options that would work best for me and my budget. Everybody is so friendly and work as a team. I would recommend Auto Park Ford in Sturgis for anyone. They won't pressure you. They let you be in the driver's seat while putting you in the driver's seat. They will take care of you. More

Overall it was a good experience for us. It was interesting you could tell they have a much more scripted experience for the buyer as opposed to some of the smaller dealers where they toss It was interesting you could tell they have a much more scripted experience for the buyer as opposed to some of the smaller dealers where they toss you the keys and say, " Have a good time, let me know what you think when you get back." I suspect if someone else went in the next day they would have the same experience we did. They had a good price on the new to us vehicle and after some initial low balling came to what I thought was a fair price on our trade. They didn't try to stick us with a bunch of added on dealer equipment or fees like I've seen at some other dealers. They also were willing to do some extra work to save us from having to come back a second time (we were from out of town) which was appreciated. My only minor complaint was the vehicle had a fair number (~2000 ) more miles on it when we got there than was listed on the website, but I think this was probably just a minor oversight related to it being transferred from one of their other locations where it may have been being driven by someone. Overall I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them to someone else. More

Would recommend this dealer. They were helpful, professional and friendly. While finalizing my purchase, there was one item that was missing from the vehicle (an extra adapter fo They were helpful, professional and friendly. While finalizing my purchase, there was one item that was missing from the vehicle (an extra adapter for the EV charger). The team at AutoPark Ford went out of their way to find one and include it with the vehicle. If I ever have the opportunity to buy a vehicle again from this dealer, I would not hesitate. Thumbs up!
