John was great. Helped me work a deal and find the right car while I was thousands of miles away. Elder Ford was great and friendly. I requested a price for a truck online and spoke with John on the phone. John emailed the quote and after reviewing I realized the quote was $3k more than the price shown online. I called John to tell h John on the phone. John emailed the quote and after reviewing I realized the quote was $3k more than the price shown online. I called John to tell him thank you for the quote but I would be purchasing a truck somewhere else due to the discrepancy in price. He became very defensive and the conversation was borderline confrontational. John could definitely use some training in how to interact with customers. More
