Bait and switch tactic from first phone call. John gave me numbers of monthly note. Make a plane trip to finalize a deal and your dealership comes back with paperwork with over a $4,000 differenc John gave me numbers of monthly note. Make a plane trip to finalize a deal and your dealership comes back with paperwork with over a $4,000 difference. Dealership had all my information for credit and tax purposes, but stated to me that they didn’t know what taxes are for my state. Stated to me that they don’t run numbers until customer is present. Soo all lies on false numbers throughout the process. They have me an interest rate that changes once I get in the store. By far the poorest experience. Your guys make up false numbers just to get people in the door from distances away. Your guys know what numbers are and they flat out lied. More
