The initial sales experience was great. Unfortunately you can’t buy a car without dealing with the finance and insurance department which is where things went wrong for me. Fortunately I read all my paperwork and noticed they automatically added in the cost of future maintenance to my deal at a cost of an additional $10k. It was like pulling teeth to get them to change the paperwork to reflect my agreed upon sales price only!! Be careful if buying from Elder. More

They sold my son a used car. He spent all of his savings to pay for this car. Drove it 2 days and it has problems. We paid for the warranty to cover engine and transmission. They said it looks like it needs a new engine. 2 DAYS WE HAS THIS CAR!! I said ok the warranty covers the engine. They said but your warranty doesn’t take effect for 30 days!! We were not happy. But they did let us get another car for more money and a better warranty. More
