I took my two cars for recall and they convense me to do alignments on my two cars, they promised me in three hours the service will be done an my cars will be ready. Service Center employee JET V makes the entire Service Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small Center first rate! I went to the center to see if anyone could help me retrieve my driver's license and credit card which I dropped into a very small slit next to the emergency brake. Jet was amazing -- he was able to dismantle enough plastic in the console so he could reach in and get the cards. He probably saved me $500 in those 15 minutes because now I don't need to take apart the entire interior. This young man is so genuine and sincere -- I wish he could also be my banker, my dog trainer, and my dentist! Terrific attitude; he will definitely help you in any way he can More
