Fast, efficient It was so quick and easy to make the appointment. I was very happy to be accommodated on the day that I wanted and at the time that I wanted. Excellent My auto experienced rodent damage to air filter & wiring. Venice Toyota determined the issue in a timely fashion & had it repaired by 10 am the follow My auto experienced rodent damage to air filter & wiring. Venice Toyota determined the issue in a timely fashion & had it repaired by 10 am the following day. My service advisor, John Wisner kept me advised of the progress & phoned me when the car was ready. He even offered me a ride home. Outstanding !! More

Service department I had a nice experience with the gentleman that took care of me while I was getting my rav 4 serviced on Monday at 4pm.
