I went in to talk to another salesman who happen to be off that day. I spoke to John who offered to help me even if I intended to buy from someone else. It was such a pleasant experience that I purchase off that day. I spoke to John who offered to help me even if I intended to buy from someone else. It was such a pleasant experience that I purchased the car from John. This was without a doubt the most pleasant car purchase of my life. The service and information he supplied was phenomenal. If my future service visits are as pleasant as my purchase I will be very satisfied. This is a new car and I have not had an opportunity to deal with any other departments. More

As a woman, it is important that I receive the same treatment as a man would. I have always felt respected and treated well by everyone at Bryan Subaru for the last 10 year's. I fell in love with Subaru when I got my first car was a 97' Legacy wagon. I was a December baby learning to drive in NH and I LITERALLY drove that car into the ground LITERALLY! I've owned other cars now b 97' Legacy wagon. I was a December baby learning to drive in NH and I LITERALLY drove that car into the ground LITERALLY! I've owned other cars now but I always find myself back in a Subaru and always trying to find my way back to a Legacy (not a wagon). My last was a 13' Crosstrek and while I loved that car dearly it wasn't truly mine. My dad had to sign for it because I had to money to put down, not credit, and my trade was just a hoopty that they wouldn't give me anything for it. It was a 5yr plan that I worked hard to pay off in under 3yrs but it was all under my dad's credit. Now she was mine! The idea I had over those 3yrs was to pay it off fast while raising my credit so I could trade it in for the Legacy of my dreams. When I went to the dealership there was no Legacy and I was told it would be next to impossible to get one with no idea as to how long I'd have to wait. So I thought well maybe another crosstrek would be nice, I could go brand new and that would be exciting but in the back of my mind wishing I could get "my" Legacy. I waited a little over a month till the brand new Crosstreks arrived and the dealership gave me a call to let me know it had arrived. I was busy so I didn't get the chance to call them back. The next day, another missed call and I thought "I know what they're calling for I'll call them back tomorrow". The next morning omw to work I listen to the voice-mail but it wasn't about the Crosstrek, no. They got a Legacy! A 2018 with only 64,000 miles on her and I was so ecstatic that I drove over on my lunch break to test drive her. An hour or so after I had returned to work and I was on pins and needles over the approval. I got THE text, I got approved. I started jumping up and down and singing "I'm so excited" by The Pointer Sisters. I signed for her the next day after I got off work and I immediately drove to the nearest parts store for accessories. The whole ordeal from the first visit till I drove off with my new baby was about 3 months long and the entire time I was treated like family and even when signing the papers was surrounded by supporters. I felt like I was winning the lottery. Between the energy in the dealership and the luck of that Legacy coming in at the perfect time, I couldn't be happier. Thank you Subaru! More
