I had a nice experience at the dealership service department today. I was treated with promptly and professionally attention by staff upon my arrival. I had a personal problem which was not service r department today. I was treated with promptly and professionally attention by staff upon my arrival. I had a personal problem which was not service related but ownership related. I had mentioned it with Talisa my service advisor and she had staff member Jimmy walk me through the problem I was having till it was resolved. Great job and Thanks BIG time for the help and support I received. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and cleaned. Nice job. More

good service group-Lexus Enform does not work well however. Very frustrating. Lexus Enform runs 3G while new iphones run 5G to start. The app itself is not intuitive and clumsy.
