The worst sales people ever, the guy didn't even offer me a test drive. I have Great credit & came ready to buy, when I asked John for a test drive, he acted surprised. he didn't even talk to me while I was a test drive. If you guys don't want to do the job LEAVE & let REAL salesmen come in there & make money. avoid this one they tried to sell me a car with bad brakes, I told him the brakes were horrid, he said they were fixed twice?! well there in lies the problem? the sales people were unconcerned even management seemed unbothered. when I told him that the guy named John didn't even talk to me. this place reeks of scam. plus John should be working as old as he is. get some NEW Blood! I will be sure to warn others of this place. More

I stopped in to see the Lyriq. I was beyond impressed with its styling and features. I met Sunni who helped me see the different models and options. Sunni, was beyond helpful an I was beyond impressed with its styling and features. I met Sunni who helped me see the different models and options. Sunni, was beyond helpful and knew the vehicle inside and out. Being this was my first all electric vehicle, I had a lot of questions, and she had the answers to all of them. There was no pressure on her part, but I wanted that car. after many options, I decided to purchase and not lease. I had a few snags to overcome because I was keeping my 2022 Shelby and this was a second car. The two gentlemen that worked out the deal for me, (and I'm embarrassed cause I can't remember their names) went above and beyond for me to get the loan. And I do mean above and beyond. The finance gentlemen (again I dont recall his name, but half the time I dont know why I walked in my kitchen for something) was quick and easy and we went over my options for service plans and I did purchase one that didn't bring the payment over my limit. Sunni showed me the car and its features, had it charged for me and it was spotless. I am so impressed by the staff and dealership. This time around buying a new car was a pleasure. I'll be back most definitely. Thank you Trinity Cadillac. More
