Most impressed with the Service Dept expediancy in servicing my truck. I was in and out in under an hour which is much faster than any other dealership in Lake City. The associate who checked me in servicing my truck. I was in and out in under an hour which is much faster than any other dealership in Lake City. The associate who checked me in and out was very professional, courteous and well informed within her duties. I give this dealership a Gold Star. More

Poor service while car was there for issue. Left hand didn't know what the hand was doing. We were ask to leave car after we said we would wait. Good thing we had daughter follow us there. Was told we wo didn't know what the hand was doing. We were ask to leave car after we said we would wait. Good thing we had daughter follow us there. Was told we would get a call that afternoon, never did. I placed 2 calls to Jonathan the next morning and called service dept on the third time this being 12:30 the next day. Was the told he wasn't in at the moment but would call us back, then when he did call back not sure when it would be done. My mom's portable breathing machine was in the car so we had to make a 45 min trip back there.! We were told at this time he could get her a rental. When we arrived No rental, car was being put back together AC leak not found. While waiting he called my phone and said that car was back together but he had to have ok to charge 150+ dollars to fill with freon to make dye work that was put in. Now drive for 3-4 weeks bring back to go thru process again!! He had also been ask to check key fob. This was on work sheet but never done! We were also told if it presented another problem in the next week or so Bring it back and they would do it then!!!Really. Blame was put on mechanic but service advisor should check his work orders. He then took the check headed us the key and we went out to no car. After wondering around he finally came out and said I do know about these guys they need help! He then took the key had to go to far end of garage area out in that parking area and found the car....this is most of our adventure!! Service after the sale says a lot and I am not impressed. More
