We went over the pricing of the vehicle, any dealer fees, and the trade-in value of mine. Because I was from out of town (about 5 hrs. away) he requested some pictures and information regarding the vehicle I was trading in. He got back to me in a prompt manner with a fair offer and we completed the deal by phone/email. Being that I was so far away, I was a little skeptical about being hit with added dealer fees and/or reduced trade-in value when I got there, but that wasn’t the case. Johnathan was true to his word! Everything was just as we discussed with no games being played as you sometimes find with other dealers. This was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have ever had, and I have been buying cars for a lot of years! Also, Matt was very nice and pleasurable as well.
